Your registered phone number or email is needed so we can send you a verification PIN that confirms your identity and ensures that only you can access your information.

When you begin the registration, we will send you a security PIN by text message or email. You must enter that PIN in the portal to complete your registration correctly.

After registering, you can log in with your registered case number and the password you created.

Your date of birth is used as an additional security measure to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.

If your date of birth doesn’t match or we don’t have it on file, you will need to contact us at the phone number shown on the screen that redirected you.

For security reasons, if you enter incorrect information multiple times, your account will be automatically locked.
